Updated Members Resolutions

Approved updates to its foundational documents, including the Certificate of Incorporation (originally filed in 1930, amended in 1985 and 1999) and the Bylaws (adopted in 1998). These changes are detailed in the Certificate of Amendment and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (Exhibit A) and new Bylaws (Exhibit B).
