The Health & Wellness Ministry at St. Paul Community Baptist Church focuses on the preservation and improvement of the balance between the physical, spiritual and mental health of our congregation and community. By taking a holistic approach to the health and well being of the people of God, we promote prevention to cure diseases and diseases through education and advocacy for our people not only during times of illness, but in times of good health as well. We have a right to expect good health through assuring access to services, housing, food, education and economic empowerment that impact upon our overall wellness.

Act as emissaries of Prayer to God for Pastor Brawley in addition to praying for ministry servant leaders, staff and the St. Paul Community congregation as a whole. Our vision is to enlighten all who will hear about the true power of prayer and acknowledge God’s answer to prayer. This group oversees the anointing and lifting of submitted prayers to God on a weekly basis and serves as the teaching team to women of the congregation, encouraging them to pray as God would have them according to His Word.

This group serves to be a bridge of transition for persons who have walked the road of addiction and be a recovery outpost for those affected by addiction as participant or a close observer. In this ministry, persons with any form addiction - drugs, alcohol, smoking, sex, food, etc. are encouraged and welcome to attend.
