The Department of Human Resources acts as an information center for both staff members and management.  This department plays an important part in formulating and interpreting church policy and offers help with a variety of problems and matters that concern staff members and management.

The primary responsibility of the Director of Human Resources and Benefits is to follow the leadership of the Pastor in helping to promote the success of the overall ministry.  She is available to discuss subjects such as employment/recruitment, benefits, staff member records, safety and disciplinary problems.
